Operating Manual (NISPOM) pertaining to classified information security require that

companies "debrief cleared employees at the time of termination of employment", when the

employee's PCL (personnel security clearance) is suspended, terminated, or revoked, and upon

termination of the FCL (facility security clearance). The NISPOM Classified Information

and provides written evidence of the employee's and employer's compliance with these clauses

of the NISPOM.
